PDF AutoSigner vs. SpotDraft

Advantage is that is it easily available as a stand alone software as well as a solution which easily integrates with any application such as ERP, Tally or MS Office. It is easy to use and makes document signing fast. Less suited for organizations that are cost conscious, since cheaper alternatives from competitors are available.

The best place to use SpotDraft is on contract negotiation. The entire life cycle of a contract negotiation is captured well on SpotDraft. Data is also crunched and displayed in dashboards. We get to prepare better first drafts of contracts when we know of areas which get heavily negotiated on.

• I'm just a user of this software, but I have heard it is a bit pricey.
• Not sure if it exists already, but I would like to have an option to use the sign feature on a mobile device. This would really save a lot of extra time in my work routine.

I don't know of any other tool that provides so much flexibility and delivers efficiency in CLM.

Because my job was not hosted on Citrix products or a part of their suited, we decided against that. DocuSign was good, but since our documents were so large we wanted something that would be more efficient on that scale. Also, for the price, this was the most effective for our business use
