PDF Sign&Seal vs. Penneo Sign

PDF Sign&Seal is perfect if you have documents that need to be signed electronically. It may not be an excellent choice if you work off a mobile device or are on the road a majority of the time as there are better app alternatives that do a similar job signing docs electronically for you.

Penneo is really well suited if you want to handle all contracts online. Reducing process time and reducing "waste" of paper being printed. It can speed up the process for all. To my knowledge, it's not possible to fraud the system, and the files being signed are always verified correctly.

• Unable for users to edit contracts, which ensure compliance for our legal team.

• I'd like to see a stronger mobile interface or app

• For Danish users, it would be nice if Penneo offered the ability to sign and verify using MitID.
• For signees, it would be nice to have a feature to add comments for documents, not just personal but also for the client.
• As company the software solution is really great. There is not much negative points to highlight.

PDF Sign&Seal is very intuitive and does not have a crazy high learning curve. Even a high-level exec who isn't computer savvy can use it without much difficulty. This is why we chose this software ultimately to help expedite getting signatures needed for vendor contracts passed through the right hands in quicker.

• Saved time reducing extra work, scanning, and emailing
• Reduces time needed to get signatures from other parties
• Cost of software was recuperated in a short amount of time

• As stated earlier Penneo has made a really positive impact on reducing our process time when signing contracts. Now we are able to complete a process with two or three sign-offs within a day. Before this process usually took a week.
• We reduce a lot of physical storage by having all files electronically. Files are saved as PDFs and stored securely on a server. Earlier these were printed files stored in a physical folder.
• As a large company we really want to reduce of environmental impact, and reducing a lot of physical prints is also a key measure for us. Penneo has had a positive impact on us in this regard.
