Plerdy vs. Sprig

I wanted to show different popup form based on user country and thanx to Plerdy they have a feature to show popup based on user location Easy interpretation of Google Search Console was in my need and with Plerdy I achived it within few minutes

We help our digital team and seo team to optimize the website based on the data we get from the tool which ultimately results in better page views, time spent on a web page & low bounce rate

• Overall UI is kind of bit old but easy to navigate
• While create form I found little difficulty to publish it
• Should integrate with more email marketing software

• Website optimization which helps us generate more leads
• Increased sales due to tracking & detailed view of our customer journey

Sprig is ideal for high-traffic websites. Few people (passively and actively) provide feedback when asked. Therefore, before you get this tool, you need to make sure you measure your website's traffic and decide if it's worth investing in it. This tool is recommended for any e-commerce site for post-purchase research after the purchase is complete.

I never have the problem with the support team. They solve my problems on time

With Flodesk I experienced delays in the loading time of the popup forms, and there were instances where the forms did not load at all on my website. Additionally, I found the design options for the forms to be somewhat limited.

Sprig allows users to record video (either on their screen or their webcam) on their mobile devices. Once you have integrated it into your website, you can easily deploy any questionnaire on any page of your website.
