Considered Both Products	Plooto Doug Fish Owner Chose Plooto I find that Plooto has been much easier to use and set up than PayPal Payments. I also like Plooto's flat rate pricing. Likelihood to Recommend	Plooto Inc. I only use Plooto to collect monthly payments from my clients. They set up a pre authorized debit agreement, I schedule the monthly payment, and that's it. Payment from my clients are processed automatically - I don't need to do anything further. Should something change, it is very simple to make adjustments, pause or cancel client payments.
