Priority Matrix vs. Unanet ERP for AE

If you're overwhelmed with too many things to do, and need help deciding which tasks to focus on, Priority Matrix is for you. Priority Matrix uses the classic Eisenhower matrix methodology which has been shown to be really effective for this purpose. Now you can use an app for that, instead of a piece of paper or Excel.

All of our accounting needs, from Accounts Receivable tools and Accounts Payable have been able to be met and exceeded by the automation tools that Unanet ERP for AE has implemented. Less appropriate is use for Business Development and marketing, of which we have an additional external system to use as a resource.

• Reduce internal email messages

• Timesheets
• Expense Reports.
• Billing

• It works better if you're familiar with the Eisenhower matrix

• The report module can include more canned reports.

I rate Unanet high because overall, it is good at what it does. It is user-friendly, allows my organization to bill properly, and is easily adapted by our staff. The drawbacks of Unanet are that its interface is outdated and it is lacking some reporting options. It also has some small issues regarding timesheets.

The focus of Priority Matrix is on prioritization. Other apps exist that do a fine job with task and project management, but none of them equal Priority Matrix in terms of focusing your attention on the right task. The 80/20 principle that people often talk about (80% of the results come from 20% of the inputs) is clearly visible when you use PM.

I prefer InFocus over other products.

• Less context switching due to having all the Microsoft integrations
• Having everyone work on the right task without need for frequent sync meetings
• Reaching inbox zero with peace of mind

• We have seen the most revenue growth in the history of our company every year for the past five years since implementing Unanet ERP for AE.
