Protiviti vs. Softengi

If you have lots of audits and you need a license for every auditee, it will cost you a lot. It was good software maybe ten years ago, but it became outdated. Nowadays, there are many web applications using bootstrap to be responsive, and they should renew their software to be competitive.

• Sometimes when the team changes it could lead to some miscommunication, misunderstanding with customer. But generally it is OK.

The support it's remote, and it's awful, they have lots of errors when updating because of the old software they use. It's only available in English (we need Spanish), and they seem not to care about the client and their particular needs. For the cost, it represents I think it's not worthy.

• Our 1st developed product returned invested money in one year. Positive impact from Softengi is that estimation from them was +/- as final budget of the project.
