Overall Satisfaction with Protiviti Compliance Consulting

We use Protiviti Compliance Consulting to document our audit findings, and we send the results to the auditees to gave the follow to the recommendations we made. This software lets us work in a private cloud in our intern network(intranet). According to The Institute of Internal Auditors, we need software like this.
  • Plenty of options to document our audits
  • slow response
  • highly cost
  • awful interfaces
  • not responsive design
  • not customizable reports
  • Every time we create a user, we need a license, and it cost too much
SAP its easier to use.
The support it's remote, and it's awful, they have lots of errors when updating because of the old software they use. It's only available in English (we need Spanish), and they seem not to care about the client and their particular needs. For the cost, it represents I think it's not worthy.

If you have lots of audits and you need a license for every auditee, it will cost you a lot. It was good software maybe ten years ago, but it became outdated. Nowadays, there are many web applications using bootstrap to be responsive, and they should renew their software to be competitive.
