PunchTab (Discontinued) vs. ShortStack

I love ShortStack's customer support. For the most part, they are available immediately through chat and respond to email inquiries within a very reasonable timeframe. As a longtime customer, they have accommodated my needs. Their platform is set up for all users - whether you are not very tech-savvy or an IT person, you can find ways to utilize your skills.

• Ease of use - we can create a new campaign in under ten minutes
• Customer support - we've never had an issue go unanswered for more than an hour

• Easily select Facebook Comment Content entries
• Create custom contest landing pages with ease
• Customer support team is very friendly and helps out

• Limited ability to add custom data collection fields

• No API integration for email collection in real-time to major ESPs such as Responsys.

Until something better comes along, Punchtab is the best there is. Support has been great, pricing is great and the product fulfills our needs

Extremely fast support from a knowledgeable team

Nothing more required than signing up and authenticating with Facebook/Twitter

Rafflecopter, Woobox - Punchtab offered powerful custom features, and allows us to run a variety of campaigns across multiple platforms

They’re similar, but not the same type of product. Both offer great flexibility for a business.

• An average campaign generates around 2500-5000 new followers on our channels with a very minimal investment.
