I love ShortStack's customer support. For the most part, they are available immediately through chat and respond to email inquiries within a very reasonable timeframe. It works great across a host of different industries. It works for nearly every scenario and is very adaptable. I don’t see any places where it is less appropriate. Any industry can use it.

It allows us to randomly select "comment contest" winners in a way that is compliant with Facebook's terms and conditions. We've done a few custom HTML contest pages that properly match our client's brand standards.
