EasyDMARC
EasyDMARC is a tool that all companies who rely heavily on email communication should use. Managing the complexities of SPF, DKIM and DMARC without EasyDMARC requires the use of multiple tools and manual work.

Usability
EasyDMARC
As I said earlier, Tool is great and contains a lot of features that are pretty useful. UI is also simple to use, but a first-timer like me might need to understand which feature lies where and why to use it and how to use it. So my recommendation is to have some good tutorial videos with explanations and, if possible, a glossary + use-case section where we can understand what this feature actually does and how it can be helpful for me? Thanks.

Alternatives Considered
EasyDMARC
While admittedly, the 'free' version of MXToolbox is a soup-starter, its not scalable from an MSP perspective. PowerDMARC was a bit harder to navigate, compared to EasyDMARC's fairly intuitive graphical interface. The native version of creating DMARC records for free on the DNS host records, while they may be free and easy, they're not very easy to understand.

Return on Investment
EasyDMARC
  • As our company mostly depends on EMAIL marketing, EasyDMARC helped us to make sure that we keep sending emails -
  • As a sender doing a lot of volume to Gmail, EasyDMARC got us from monitoring to enforcement in a few weeks right after our rebrand, with no delivery problems.
  • Support team helped us to get the required certificates and health checkup periodically saved us a lot of consultant fees for us which could have come in thousands.
  • we run 2 domains and 7 sub domains and through this dashboard we were able to identify the exact sub-domain issue instead of a generic "domain" issue.
  • A spike in DMARC failures looked like a real problem, but when we check the aggregate reports int he tool, it was just forwarding , so we skipped changing DNS and save a week for us.
