Likelihood to Recommend	DialogTech When talking with people in the industry (colleagues, job interviews, clients) Swydo, by DialogTech, has an outstanding reputation. I've recommended the service many times in one-off audits and to in-house marketers at clients who are still doing manual reporting. The Holy Grail was always getting data pushed to you so that you could analyze it and improve the business. Mondays are no longer reporting days. They're analysis days. We've also set up a number of online dashboards that we host on our site. We could use Swydo, by DialogTech, as well, but we think it's great that our site is the place where people retrieve their data. Return on Investment	DialogTech Improved accuracy Countless hours saved over years because we use it for regular and ad-hoc reporting. The regular alone is ~5 hours/week.
