Like for my last client where I had to make a decision on whether to continue with the product or stop further investment in it. They are the best in the business. To describe how good, I wanted to develop a way to flip a switch in my CRM to have a request sent out, but then make sure that another request could not be sent out. They introduced me to and taught me how to use Zapier to achieve this requirement. This took a 2-hour support session. They are wonderful to work with!
