Reviews.io is a great option for any ecommerce site that is looking to gather company and product reviews to help make the customer purchasing decision easier. Their BCC integration appears to make it possible to use their services with any platform so long as you can edit the email order confirmation templates.

We had to reach out a few times during the setup process and we never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a response via their online chat. When a more in-depth answer was required they followed up via email and pulled in other team members when necessary.

They also have a library of widgets you can choose from and customize to make publishing reviews on your website very easy. It's not a cookie cutter solution, which we really like.
