• I told Scan to Salesforce that I would appreciate an improvement that auto-corrects for all-capital letters, replacing them with lower case. They are currently looking into a fix.

• Saved 30-45 minutes each day.
• Allows me to engage with leads by email much more quickly.
• Staying organized. (I can throw away old business cards after scanning)
