Pros
- Quick and accurate scanning of multiple cards at once.
- Simple to use.
- Simple to make edits when importing into Salesforce.
Cons
- I told Scan to Salesforce that I would appreciate an improvement that auto-corrects for all-capital letters, replacing them with lower case. They are currently looking into a fix.
Return on Investment
- Saved 30-45 minutes each day.
- Allows me to engage with leads by email much more quickly.
- Staying organized. (I can throw away old business cards after scanning)
