Sertifier vs. TriZetto Core Administration (Facets, QNXT and QicLink)

We love that we do not have to print out any certificates. It gets the job done for the price. Sertifier is good for the environment while reducing our workload.

It's all about the knowledge base and talents of the end user. Trizetto performs well with most users, it performs extremely well in the hands of top talent.

• We love the fact that we can send our students their certificates right on time. We use it for educational purposes in our school.
• All the possibilities of creating clean certificates and badge designs are available in the application itself.

• We have been a user for a long time and we have seen that they are developing themselves and updating the product continually. We do enjoy every update.

• Customer service is exceptional, no issues here
• Web portal is easy to use, again very satisfied
• I would like to see more opportunites for training videos/ best use training
