SharpeSoft Estimator vs. Viewpoint HR Management

SharpeSoft [is] designed to be a day-to-day hard-bid estimating program. It is easy to learn and use, yet very powerful. I would not recommend this product to hourly service providers.

It is well suited to manage field and office employees together. the process of critical onboarding of employees has been in the improved form. Reduction of manual data entry to a level is improved. The cloud-based applicant tracking system is a feature to look forward to. The portal makes the data audit-ready always which aligns things a lot.

• Handles complex bid formats and bid submittal structures such as using bid alternates and non-tax bid schedules.
• This software is one of the easiest programs to learn and effectively use.
• This software is reasonably priced, but very powerful.
• Project support is timely, intimate, local and professional.

• Payroll process with Management of PaySlips.
• Payroll process with Processing of Statutory Slips.
• Management of Field and Office employees together.
• Management of Critical Onboarding.

• They need to put a search bar in the item master list so you can easily find work items.
• They could make the alternate package easier to use.
• The should find a way to allow the user to define at least one cost type in the program.

• More to work on Reduction of Manual Data Entry.
• More detailed layout required to manage field and office employees.
• Collection of employee and resources data to improve margin.

I think SharpeSoft is the best estimating product on the market for our type of work. It is reasonably priced and is very reliable. We have had very few problems with the software and the upgrades and support staff and reliable.

The feature to manage field and office employees. The usefulness in the management of paystubs. The application of training material availability and an audit-ready data feature is adding to its wings.

• Using SharpeSoft has grown our business by allowing us to accurately bid more projects.
• The ease of use allows estimators of all ages to quickly become skilled at consistently bidding work

• Management of field and office employee together is full of positives.
• Critical on boarding process makes it more useful.
• Nothing seems negative except need to make it more automated.
