Support of the platform is real quick and usually , customer will not find any problem while using the platform. It has all kind of reports to analyse the fleet. Cons	Shipsy I believe that they can improve the refresh rate of the portal which sometimes takes time. Dashboard can be more beautiful aesthetically. Track-POD is more technologically advanced, especially since they provide real time tracking and this allows users to be fully aware at all times.
