SkyPrep LMS vs. Wisetail LMS

SkyPrep LMS is well-suited to organizations that do not currently utilize an LMS. The support provided from step one through implementation is excellent. SkyPrep LMS not only wants to help make an organization run more efficiently when it comes to upskilling employees and/or clients, they also want to learn from the needs of organizations in order to better serve all of their clients.

Even their newest 5.0 upgrade only puts their technology capabilities at the back of the pack compared to other major LMS' in the marketplace. That said, their customer service team is very good, and they have a good company culture. If you are a very small company that wants a decent LMS, this is a good product to look at.

I say 9 instead of 10 not because of any lack of confidence in SkyPrep but only because I can't be sure how large or responsive my market -- male-friendly social workers and other helping professionals -- will be to my offerings.

Compared to all competitors, when I was vetting and choosing an LMS system, SkyPrep LMS had the biggest ROI potential, all the features we identified as needs, and it was the best overall experience in talking with a company.

Last. Dead last. We selected Wisetail years ago when it was cutting edge. It's had very little development since then, and has sadly fallen to the back of the pack. It's unfortunate, since they have such a great staff. Promises to fix this have repeatedly been made and broken. There is a large client exodus from this platform taking place.

• The system has allowed for training in multiple international locations without the need to actually travel and conduct in-person training. This has allowed us to open multiple travel destinations and conduct humanitarian missions in a much tighter timeframe as opposed to in-person training class timelines.
• Travel restrictions due to COVID-19 have made SkyPrep an integral part of our department.

• We've been able to eliminate costly live events in lieu of live webcasts. The recordings of those are hosted on our Wisetail platform.
• The 4.0 platform has a significant administrative burden that is only partially fixed in 5.0.
