Overall Satisfaction with Wisetail LMS
The Wisetail LMS is used across our entire company as our primary learning platform, as well as a hub to access other software services such as payroll and benefits. We also utilize it as a communication platform to get information across a wide variety of topics to our employees. It acts as a force multiplier for us to get training into the hands of our front-line staff without the need for them to all be in one place at one time.

- User community.
- Keeping promises -- they consistently miss deadlines.
- Staying current with other LMS platforms in the industry.
- We've been able to eliminate costly live events in lieu of live webcasts. The recordings of those are hosted on our Wisetail platform.
- The 4.0 platform has a significant administrative burden that is only partially fixed in 5.0.
- Docebo LMS, LMS365 (formerly Sharepoint LMS), Moodle, SAP Litmos, Adobe Captivate Prime, Asentia LMS, iSpring Learn, 360Learning, Skillcast Learning Management System and Blackboard Learn
Last. Dead last. We selected Wisetail years ago when it was cutting edge. It's had very little development since then, and has sadly fallen to the back of the pack. It's unfortunate, since they have such a great staff. Promises to fix this have repeatedly been made and broken. There is a large client exodus from this platform taking place.
