SlickPie (discontinued) vs. Trullion

In my opinion, SlickPie is best suited for small business owners and freelancers, especially service-based ones. If that's your case, then it's a no-brainer. However, if you are a bigger enterprise or if you are not a service-based business, then it might not be the best choice for you. Still, the software is free to use, so you might just give it a try anyway.

Trullion helped us get our leases in order and provide one place to house these. I like the payment schedules for budgeting purposes, this works well

• It is free for freelancers or small business
• Easy to use its dashboard
• It save too much time for handeling Account related things.

• One stop shop to hold our lease documents
• Notifies us when leases are due for renewal
• Provides our monthly JE's to keep us in accordance with ASC842

• Some more invoice templates would be nice.
• Some more charts would be good too.

• More automation with the abstracting of the leases
• More automated messages when something gets added
• Little more user friendly in the format

It saved me and me lots of time. it is free for smaller organizations or freelancers. it has Android, iPhone and iPad support. It has many features for Account management related tools and features. we can upload documents, print as per requirements. it has other features like Billing & invoicing, contact database, cash Management which can help in many ways.

The program is user friendly. The reporting function works well with our month end process.

It is a time saver for Account related things and it has a Billing & invoicing feature which helps us to generate bills and prints directly or share online. It has a very well designed dashboard where we can do our daily work. and it is free for freelancers and small companies so need to worry about money

support has been great and always willing to help with any questions.

Before shifting to SlickPie I was using QBO, so I guess I'll list it as a competitor. However, since SlickPie offers me 80-90% of QBO's features for free I can't really say QBO is a relevant contender.

Trullion was chosen when I started with this company.

• It saves me around $500 in accounting software subscription per year.
• It saves me around 4-5 hours a week in manual data entry (thanks to MagicBot).
• It reduced the average time customers take to pay for my invoices.

• The calculation for ASC842 is the major reason we are using Trullion, this works well.
• The ease of adding new leases is a positive.
• The idea of having all leases in one spot as opposed to having to search through shared drives and folders.
