Sling vs. Workzoom

Sling offers enough customization I can see it working in most any scheduling scenarios. The ability to build job types into each employee gives you the control to match employee skills with the need for any particular position. Time of day templates makes it easy to select various shift times.

Workzoom by Nortek Solutions is really helpful in HR, recrutiment and payroll.Our payroll is being managed by an external third party. Payroll, benefits, compliance, performance, and recruitment for the organization are all managed in one place which really makes it worth it. it helped during COVID by providing a paperless response.

• Ease of access for managers & employees alike.
• Sling staff always reply almost right away when I have had questions in the past.
• We love utilizing the different colors for the schedule, so it's easier to see who's what and where/when.
• Easy for staff to apply for shifts.
• Free version does everything we need it to!

• Implementation process is good. Their focus is to create value to our organization.
• Simpleness of usage and team assistance. avoid charging for everything on basics.
• A fairly priced HR system is available with a fantastic technical and sales team.

• There is not much to be unhappy about. They construct for us whatever capability that is lacking - they are amazing!
• There are numerous choices. After using the system for a while, you become accustomed to it.
• The Workzoom implementation team is available to assist at all times.

The needs of the company are better met by Workzoom than by BambooHR. Workzoom is the best choice when considering the level of continuous product support. path of Workzoom over BambooHR in terms of feature upgrades and roadmaps.

• it is amazing and it will give you ROI with satisfaction.
• our quarterly performance reviews, which were previously manual processes for us, have been streamlined and automated.
