SMSAPI vs. TrueDialog

We use SMSAPI in our client's projects. Mainly it is useful for sending urgent notifications ex. Action required from the user. Moreover, its use as remarketing channel for registered users that not decided to purchase or as promotional offers with additional items on sale or discounts.

TrueDialog is different from the other texting platforms because they offer a white-glove approach. You feel like they genuinely care about your business and want it to succeed.

We use SMSAPI because we have recommendations from trusted sources about this solution. As for now, everything is great. It works as supposed and fulfills all requirements.

Message media's support was non-existent. They are from Australia so you call long distance and there only seems to be 2-3 people working for the company now.
