We had absolutely no buyer feedback prior to Stamped.io. We have seen in actual customer reviews that the Stamped.io reviews are being read by customers and they consider them valuable.

  • We haven't generated a whole lot of data as of right now, even being in business for two years, so a pain point for me is the analytics and trying to identify improvements. This is not really a deficiency of the software, just a lack of data.

We use it for our marketplace business, not our website. I can say that Stamped.io is much more robust and valuable. The interface is more user-friendly, the campaigns are easy to set up, and working with customers directly in the UI is super simple.
