We use Stamped.io for managing our customer reviews and questions and answers. We really like the functionalities and customization as well as the integration with Google Product Reviews and Google Seller Ratings. This has been incredibly helpful to us in our paid advertising efforts. Customers also really like interacting with our Stamped.io email notifications.

I believe that Stamped.io is a great solution for any small or large business wanting to grow their online marketing efforts. Reviews and answers and questions are incredibly important for e-commerce businesses to have to keep their customers happy and also convert visitors into customers. I think it is a great fit for anyone needing this.

We use Stamped.io to manage our customer review process. The review capabilities provided by BigCommerce are OK but we were not getting many responses, the templates and system provided by Stamped.io increased our feedback rate by more than 80%.

We use Stamped.io in tandem with our BigCommerce website to solicit reviews on products as well as service for our e-commerce website. It has enabled us to provide confirmation to our potential customers that we are a reliable business. Without Stamped.io we were not generating and valuable information from our buyers to provide other buyers with the information they need to make an informed buying decision.
  • Stamped.io gathers customer data so you can see who your most engaged customers are.
  • The setting allows you to filter reviews so you don't get any surprise issues arising with customers. You can use this to address issues customers have with product or service without making the issue public to your other customers.
  • Stamped.io also has a very nice widget that can be added to any page on your website, its a little carousel of all your featured reviews to showcase what customers think of your business and products.
  • We haven't generated a whole lot of data as of right now, even being in business for two years, so a pain point for me is the analytics and trying to identify improvements. This is not really a deficiency of the software, just a lack of data.
If you want to generate valuable content that you can use on your website that provides a positive image of your business, Stamped.io can do it. We had absolutely no buyer feedback prior to Stamped.io. We have seen in actual customer reviews that the Stamped.io reviews are being read by customers and they consider them valuable.
  • We have seen in a few reviews that customers actually decided to buy a product because they read the reviews that were made possible by Stamped.io which means this service has generated sales.
  • While Stamped.io can track revenue generated from review campaign emails, it seems that most of the revenue comes from individuals who are reading the reviews and therefore it is difficult to track exactly how much revenue Stamped.io has brought in.
  • It is very affordable, so even if we can't know exactly how much ROI Stamped.io is generating, it's still worth the investment.
The only other service we used that's similar to Stamped.io is Feedback Five. That service is only similar in that it facilitates soliciting feedback. We use it for our marketplace business, not our website. I can say that Stamped.io is much more robust and valuable. The interface is more user-friendly, the campaigns are easy to set up, and working with customers directly in the UI is super simple.
I haven't had much experience with the Stamped.io support team. There was really only one instance during set up that we needed help, and that went so smoothly I hardly remember the experience. However, overall I have not needed to reach out to support regarding any issues. The software has functioned as expected. Since I lack true experience with the Support team, I'm not comfortable giving a full 10 rating, but since I haven't had any issues arise where I needed support that speaks volumes about the viability of the software and service so I can't go below and 8.
