It is well suited for consumers with small business[es], but in my view not suitable for large businesses.

Easy integration, well suited for all kind of businesses and helpful customer support is available. User can create an interactive scenario for web based applications and [it] is well suit[ed] for users to get more help in using software and web based applications. It's a great platform. Will definitely recommend.
