Sympa vs. Workzoom

In my usage of Sympa, I find that it's very useful for onboarding, goal management, and organizational structure lookups. I haven't yet experienced any areas where it doesn't work well or isn't appropriate. We have many other software systems that work in tandem with Sympa.

Workzoom by Nortek Solutions is really helpful in HR, recrutiment and payroll.Our payroll is being managed by an external third party. Payroll, benefits, compliance, performance, and recruitment for the organization are all managed in one place which really makes it worth it. it helped during COVID by providing a paperless response.

• Implementation process is good. Their focus is to create value to our organization.
• Simpleness of usage and team assistance. avoid charging for everything on basics.
• A fairly priced HR system is available with a fantastic technical and sales team.

• Loading speeds have been a bit slow at points.
• Our customized interface is easy to use but beginning to feel a bit dated (could use a refresh).
• Minor user-interface features could be added to take it to the next level.

• There is not much to be unhappy about. They construct for us whatever capability that is lacking - they are amazing!
• There are numerous choices. After using the system for a while, you become accustomed to it.
• The Workzoom implementation team is available to assist at all times.

The needs of the company are better met by Workzoom than by BambooHR. Workzoom is the best choice when considering the level of continuous product support. path of Workzoom over BambooHR in terms of feature upgrades and roadmaps.

• it is amazing and it will give you ROI with satisfaction.
• our quarterly performance reviews, which were previously manual processes for us, have been streamlined and automated.
