TruCentive is well suited for when you wish to send gift cards to large amounts of people quickly, whether it is for a gift or a reward for completing an action. One of the main reasons why our company uses TruCentive is that there is a claiming system in place where the recipients have to claim their gift card in the appropriate amount of time or else the budget set for the gift cards returns to our company. That helps eliminate inefficient use of funds.
Based on my experience Xoxoday Plum is suited for any organization out there which needs gifts cards sending platform. They have free and pro plans which make it a great platform for both small and large businesses according to their requirements. They have many features which make them a great platform for all businesses.
Easy profile viewing. Whenever a colleague was mentioned in the town hall, I have to hover over their names and wait for the "view profile" button to appear, instead of just clicking on their tagged names.
Improve searching for colleagues' profiles. Whenever I checked on my colleagues via the search button, it will be their mentioned post, and not their profile is shown.
TruCentive worked so much better for what we're trying to do. We were having major issues with our previous platform - it took more time to fix complaints than anything. It seemed we were shooting ourselves in the foot by even trying to offer lunch or coffee to our webinar attendees. TruCentive took care of this, and we haven't gotten more than a request for a resend since.
