Likelihood to Recommend	TrueGivers Absolute 0, if the '0' rating was available. TrueGivers doesn't even live up to a minimum standard if they won't talk to the customer. I love DonorPerfect, but I am going to recommend that they change their provider for database updating as soon as possible. Usability	TrueGivers Once again, an abolute "0" if that were available to me. The TrueGivers platform itself looks like it could be functional and useful, and it basically was useful from our adoption in July of 2025 until December 31, 2025, but then something changed, but nobody will talk with us about it.
