Twingate vs. Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud

The product as well as the admin panel is getting richer. Would love port-level access control as well as some more analytics in the admin panel. From what I hear, the team is actively working on it

Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud is especially useful for connecting to remote devices worldwide. Zscaler policies block unwanted use of device access. Policies suit individual, group, and organizational settings. One thing Zscaler must improve is AI access and AI sessions. Policies for sessions would be much appreciated.

• Easy access management for cloud resources, better security than VPN or IP allow lists
• 2FA via Google Login or OKTA
• Easy to onboard external team members (contractors, partners, clients, etc)
• Was easily approved by my partner security teams to use alongside their VPN client with no conflicts.
• Zero-trust security is a must-have feature these days!
• You pay for User, not Client or Resources--easy to roll out to all devices used by your users.
• No more hassle of maintaining IP allow lists for WFH/remote teams

• Secure connection and replace old VPN systems.
• Identity check for the employees/users.
• Traffic validation.
• Enforcing custom policies across organization ecosystem.

• Windows installation had a small glitch, customer support helped quickly resolve the issue

• Better MFA with alternative devices.
• Support at low network latencies.
• Better Troubleshooting for private applications.

For the end-user, it is essentially an on-off switch integrated with our Identify Protection Solution

Overall, I like Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud as it provides a very good user experience both on the Ui and functional level, it is not complicated for beginners as well. After switching from Citrix to Zscaler, the login process has been simplified and less time-consuming.

Even if I sometimes hate the reverifying and asking for MFA by Zscaler, but it actually ensures the security of the workspace and that is appreciable. other than that, the secure fast access is commendable. It increases the productivity and decreases the risk especially when used for the cloud access or remote access devices.

Support team understood my challenge and was able to influence product direction to expedite support for my features - A+!

The most important reason was time consumption, actually more important reason was I think it was discontinued, but after using Zscaler, accessing got really seamless, earlier it was quite hectic, I remember wiating 5-10mins to be able to access to remote resources

• The ROI has been immediate especially since we are all working remotely during the COVID-19 situation.

• ZTC improved accessibility to private applications.
• The best way to analyze the network traffic.
