Likelihood to Recommend	Eptura (formerly Condeco and iOFFICE + SpaceIQ) Proxyclick by Eptura is good for managing site access and keeping on top of what visitors we have on site. Ensuring they’ve all filled out a form and received a pass. However, some visitors report not getting the access email which can be annoying. Usability	Eptura (formerly Condeco and iOFFICE + SpaceIQ) It is usable it would just be good if there was more training out there on certain aspects of it. I also don’t know why it doesn’t work on some meeting invites and why sometimes guests do not get the site access form that they have to fill out twenty four hours before arriving.
