• The platform is modular but integrated. So it allows us to add or remove services easily and as needed. This flexibility helps us with our budget and priorities.

What we found out is that XeneX SOC-as-a-Service was the only company that has all the services we need in one platform but cost-effectively. In our due diligence we discovered that others did not have all the functions and cost significantly more. We have to find and manage multiple of other vendors to accomplish the same results and higher costs.

• The only areas of improvement that we can mention is that they are on top of everything and expect us to move as quickly as they do which sometimes is not possible or practical for us.
