Vast amount of courses that are bespoke for each role. Easy to navigate knowing what's required and the furthermore what is recommended for everyone to gain more knowledge. You can self in role into course which is helpful and easy to do. If you fail a quiz you can go back to only the incorrect answers which is more efficient
