As the software is developed in a world wide group and all the users use this same software there was a big need in having a platform where world wide users could login and find the necessary courses on how to use the software we are creating and changing. We also needed a way for managers to track how much time employees spent learning new skills and what they were. Learn360 through PSA allows us to meet those goals! Learn360 also provided opportunities for me, as the training and development manager, to stay plugged into new training opportunities through their webinars, newsletters, and partnerships with other online learning providers!

It's not really available for folks who can't get on the Internet, which is a problem for some of our secure spaces in which people work. Built-in AI tools allow me to create courses with ease!

It is a really great concept. I love the app version and knowing my officers can access the learning wherever they are. That being said, we are about 2 years in and there are tons of bugs still. I work for a franchise company and our corporate is the one who set this up, so while we didn't choose it, I still think it's a great choice.

I was introduced to this LMS a few years ago but started figuring it out last year, our users found the system and service to be very foreign. We found that the majority of our organization was logging in each month to learn something new thanks to 360Learning's platform, which offers such a terrific user experience and easy method to search and experience training
My company has a very small training team and even smaller training platform, 360Learning allows us to buy third party content specifically for the use of our sales team that integrates very well with our LMS. Most of the content is predicated on customer service, sales, and how to be a better sales person in general which helps us build custom build content.

What was useful for us is that this became our primary learning for our sales associates outside of the custom built in house training we have for sales, that program is specific however, but we are missing a lot of the continuing ed and or supplemental learning that 360Learning fixes for us, this has allowed us to spend more time on creating training that is unique not only for our sales people but everyone within our organization.
