  • Did not turn my completion certificate into my state regulatory agency as they are required to do
  • Not repeating questions and giving completely different answers for the same questions
  • Clarity of questions

Return on Investment

  • It has caused my license to become inactive
  • It has caused me to be unable to perform basic job functions
  • It has caused me to have to re-take the course elsewhere, spend more money on the same course and spend additional hours completing the course again. What a waste!
