What is Addigy?

Addigy in Miami provides a cloud-based IT management platform for managing an Apple ecosystem (all Macs and iOS devices). The Addigy platform provides the user with the ability to manage assets from anywhere in the world and deliver: Asset Management, Monitoring, Automated Remediation, Maintenance, Software Deployment, and Profile/Configuration Management.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Addigy to manage all of our Mac devices like Imacs macbooks. It made it super easy to track manage and update it. With the last update Big sur I feel like it slowed us down is not as robust as it use to be I even rolled back version to test and it improved by a lot . Hopefully they fix the issue soon
