Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use so many products and services. recommending the products to customers while they are using our website. We have several websites that are built with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) sites and assets. It helps us to help our customers. We also do a lot of A/B testing there and use it.

I have used Adobe Brand Concierge for b2b customer we have created a custom experience concierge for our customers from the purchase journey, for onboarding new merchant and etc.

Pros

Help user to find expect product which is good for them
It understand users intent and interests

For b2b experiences there could be done more
