Altera dbMotion

The dbMotion™ Solution is an interoperability platform that organizations can use to succeed in delivery system reform and the shift to value-based care. dbMotion aims to allow organizations to integrate discrete patient data from diverse care settings, regardless of IT supplier, into a single patient record. dbMotion provides a longitudinal patient record with semantically normalized data, point of care tools and an analytics gateway.

dbMotion includes:

dbMotion Agent Hub—Resides as a miniature application on any clinical EHR workspace and maintains the patient and provider context through a clinical context object workgroup (CCOW), context receiver or similar mechanism. Agent Hub notifies clinicians with information not found in a clinician’s EHR, including data from other providers and gaps in care, that appears in the wider community record. The application also closes the data loop, allowing users to pull specific data elements back into their native EHR.
