AppliconSoft LLC

AppliconSoft is an engineering studio founded in April 2006. The company reports delivering more than 2,000 projects for clients across the US, UK, EU, and the Middle East, and has been building its own AI products for the past three years.

Its primary specialization is production AI agents: systems that execute workflows with evaluation frameworks, observability, and human-in-the-loop controls. Its second specialization is frontend modernization: incrementally migrating legacy Angular and older React applications to modern React and Next.js. Additional services include custom software and backend development, web platforms, mobile apps, user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design, quality assurance (QA), and business automation.

AppliconSoft also develops and operates its own products. ChatCactus is an AI support agent configured using customer data and deployed to the web, WhatsApp, SMS, and email, with cited answers. Social Rocket AI, Team Suite AI, Track Pilot AI, and Flow Ledger Pro are also designed, built, and operated in-house. AppliconSoft reports that the same team of 70 engineers builds and operates these products and client systems.

Each engagement includes senior engineers, a named delivery manager, and a weekly written report covering completed work, upcoming work, and required client input. Client code is stored in client-owned repositories from the start. US time-zone coverage includes a US-based contact for sales and account management.
