Ease of use
Accurate quote results
Speed of quote returns

Cons

Too many timed outs
Ever since it was sold to Applied the support hasn't been as good
Need more management systems available to export to

because of the raters speedy return less time is spent on quoting and more time is spent on selling
There seem to be some days where the rater does have server issues. They are few and far between
Limited export to some management systems
