Apps4.Pro Migration Manager is a Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration tool developed by JiJi Technologies. It enables organizations to move data and configurations between Microsoft 365 tenants during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and tenant consolidation projects.

Supported Workloads

The tool migrates Exchange mailboxes, SharePoint sites, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams (channels, files, and memberships), Planner, Planner Premium (formerly Microsoft Project for the Web), Microsoft Forms, Power BI, Power Automate, and Viva Engage. It is one of the few migration tools that supports native Teams private chat migration — 1:1 chats, group chats, and meeting chats are migrated directly into the Teams client, allowing users to access their full conversation history post-migration without relying on HTML file exports or compliance archives.

Key Capabilities

The platform supports incremental and delta migration to minimize cutover downtime during the final switchover. It allows parallel migration execution across multiple machines, enabling large organizations to scale throughput for environments with thousands of users. User mapping can be configured manually, via CSV import, or through auto-matching based on UPN or display name. Detailed migration reporting is available for every workload, providing administrators with visibility into migrated items, skipped items, and errors.
