What is ARC Toolkit?
ARC Toolkit is an automated accessibility testing tool and free browser plug-in. After opening the ARC Toolkit panel, a tester can hit scan and Toolkit will create a list of WCAG issues and how to potentially solve them at the code level. Toolkit can include or exclude certain WCAG rules from a scan based on the tester's needs.
ARC Toolkit uses the same rules engine as the ARC Platform.
