We use Argus for helping to manage our real estate investment portfolio. The audit reports are extremely valuable, especially the lease audit section. It breaks down all our leases so we can better understand the value of the leases. It allow us to run variable property scenarios with different capitalization rates to see which is optimal for us.

  • It does have a fairly steep learning curve in order to use to its best capabilities
  • It is a bit costly per member
  • Building a project takes time

  • Our analysts can discuss as a group in one location
  • initial investment in Argus takes time to recoup.
