Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Argus for helping to manage our real estate investment portfolio. The audit reports are extremely valuable, especially the lease audit section. It breaks down all our leases so we can better understand the value of the leases. It allow us to run variable property scenarios with different capitalization rates to see which is optimal for us.
Pros

- it has many options to model out our leases correctly
Cons
- It does have a fairly steep learning curve in order to use to its best capabilities
- It is a bit costly per member
- Building a project takes time
Likelihood to Recommend
Argus is well suited for our commercial lease department employees to discuss as a group the numbers and to best value our many real estate leases.
They can run multiple scenarios with different cap rates to figure out the best options available.
The dashboard allows our users to combine our multiple properties into a single portfolio.
