What is Arqam360?
Arqam360 helps businesses with a website keep their Google and Meta tags working properly with visitor consent. Most of its users are small and mid-sized companies in the Middle East and North Africa: company websites on WordPress or custom builds, and online stores on Shopify and Zid. When a banner is wired wrongly, tags receive the wrong consent state and conversion tracking suffers, whether or not anyone was thinking about privacy law.
The banner sets Google Consent Mode v2 to denied by default and updates it the moment the visitor chooses. It honours the Global Privacy Control browser signal and can hold tracking scripts, network requests and non-essential cookies until consent. On paid plans, consented events go server-side to Meta Conversions API, GA4, server-side Google Tag Manager, Google Enhanced Conversions, TikTok, Snap, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Mixpanel and BigQuery, each carrying the visitor's consent state.
The banner renders natively in Arabic, right to left, and in English, and is built for Saudi PDPL, UAE PDPA and GDPR.

Managed: the Arqam360 team installs it, wires Consent Mode, tests the site's tags and maintains it, for $299 one-off setup plus $99.99/month per domain. It installs with one script tag, as a WordPress plugin, or as an app on Shopify and Zid.
