Aspire.io

Buyer Beware! We signed up with Aspire.io with high hopes. In my opinion, they have high-powered sales reps that are very good at selling you their service. However, in my experience, Aspire.io turned out to be a what I think is a scam. For us their platform does not perform and after spending hundreds of hours contacting influencers, the only ones that did respond ended up taking our free product and, in my opinion, running. I would run as fast as possible away from Aspire.io and I hope that my words of warning can help other companies not to fall into what I think is their trap. We lost thousands of dollars as well as hundreds of hours. We never made a single dime. In our experience, when we brought up our concerns, they simply said you have a contract and we intend to collect our money even if our platform doesn't make you a dime. I think this is the worst company we have ever worked with. In my opinion, run away and never look back!

For me, there is nothing positive to say. In our experience, they took thousands of dollars from our company. For us, the very few influencers that do respond take your product and don't do anything with it. To me, it's as if their influencers don't really exist.

I was the brand trying to acquire influencers for my business.

I used Aspire to find influencers for my fashion business and most of the influencers who signed up for my project were unreliable and did not fulfill their contract terms. For example, of 5 influencers I sent products to, only one completed the work that was agreed upon under the Terms. The others received a $195 product and disappeared, even though we signed a contract called Terms that is monitored by Aspire. The main downfall with Aspire is that it doesn't have a system in place to control this. For instance, they don't have a way for brands to leave a review for influencers and they don't block bad influencers (many just want free product) from applying for future projects. Aspire doesn't take responsibility for anything. What is the point of paying money to Aspire if they don't vet their influencers and control the quality of influencers who use their platform?

As a company, we use AspireIQ to help us market our product in the social media community. We rely on AspireIQ to help us with getting our product out to the public while also using it to help build our content database.

Highly recommend AspireIQ over any influencer platform. Communication, content approval/edits and payment can all be done throughout the platform. For anyone juggling multiple things in the social media world, AspireIQ is easy to navigate and makes my job easier. The reporting once a campaign is done is nice to be able to show executives and key partners who want to know how well a campaign performed. We have used AspireIQ for several years now and have no plan to switch to any other platform in the near future. The employees and talent in the database are what makes us stay using AspireIQ!

We use AspireIQ to search and vet new influencers, manage all stages and conversations for all collaborations, manage content, handle payment, analyze results, and find new ways to use influencers.
