Key Features

WebATTILA: According to the vendor, WebATTILA is a web-based front-end for the ATTILA Debt Recovery system that provides secure access to view and enter cases and make payments. It supports multiple clients with restricted access to their own cases.

Automatic Case Handling: According to the vendor, ATTILA automates the debt recovery process, including importing debts, generating documents, handling payments, and clearing paid-off debts. Users can choose between fully automated or manual processes for each stage.

Document Generation: ATTILA produces a wide range of documents for each case, such as payment request letters, telephone chasing lists, internal memos, and legal documents like Summons or Writ-of-Summons. According to the vendor, it supports over 300 document types and allows customization of wording and layout.

Action Sequences: According to the vendor, ATTILA performs predefined action sequences for each case, such as sending letters, generating memos, or initiating legal actions. Different sequences can be defined for different case types or clients, and the system can automatically switch to a different sequence if a case deviates from the normal flow.

Payment Handling: According to the vendor, ATTILA handles all payments and monitors stage payments and interest calculations. Payments can be allocated to fees and client repayments, and different repayment schemes can be used for each client. The system automatically generates repayments to the client and invoices.

Fees and Commission Calculation: According to the vendor, ATTILA calculates the commission and fees owed to the debt collector and invoices the client accordingly. It supports various charging schemes, including flat-rate, percentage with multiple bands, and individual commission for each action or letter. Local taxes like VAT are calculated and invoiced.

Efficiency and Data Handling: According to the vendor, ATTILA is designed for fast case processing and efficient office management. Debtor details only need to be entered once, and the system automates selection, generation, and printing of letters, as well as chasing overdue payments. Paid-off cases are automatically archived.

Network and System Requirements: According to the vendor, ATTILA can be installed on a network with up to 1000 computers and supports a range of hardware. It is recommended to use CAT5E or better cabling running at 1Gb/s with the TCP/IP protocol. Switching hubs should be used for network connectivity.
