Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Avail to manage our rental business. We love that it manages all of the monthly rent collections, late fees, and other important notices that need to be sent to the tenants. It was easy to set up and runs on its own after being setup. We haven't used it for maintenance yet, but it looks like it handles that well too.

We are a very small real estate investing company, and Avail has been great for us. I love that it automates most of the things most landlords don't like to do and makes sure we don't forget to do anything.
