Baremetrics Recover

Baremetrics Recover is a dunning add-on module designed to reduce involuntary churn for subscription businesses processing transactions through Stripe or Braintree. When a recurring charge fails, the connected payment processor executes the retry schedule while the software manages customer communications using scheduled email sequences, Short Message Service (SMS) messages, and in-app banners or paywalls. Each notification links directly to a hosted card-update form where subscribers enter replacement credentials that save directly back to the payment processor. Baremetrics Recover is an optional solution for Baremetrics Analytics users, with separate pricing for those who wish to add it.
