Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use the Barracuda Content Shield for our organization to ensure that we are protected from web-based threats and remote support for any issues that users run into. As a company with a very large remote workforce Content Shield allows us to address the issue of threats from all over the country and ensure that all employees are protected.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Layout of program looks like an email so its easy to read and identify
  • Helped many suspicious senders from getting into our system

Cons

  • The layout is simple but its all one color and there are a lot of tabs that I don't know what they are used for
  • I cant figure out why the Barracuda emails go straight to my junk box, I don't always check it so some emails have gotten lost
